"A family run Indian inspired cafe serving a varied menu of delicious meals. The food is of outstanding quality and all the ingredients are freshly prepared daily. You can tell the owners come from a high end restaurant background and clearly have a keen understanding of flavour profiles and presentation. Some of our favourites are the Paneer wraps and the chicken tikka /Vegetable / venison samosas, We travelled 40 miles to visit and we will be back!"

"We have now been to Lily's twice and will be returning many more times! The food is fantastic - fresh, fragrant and, most importantly, incredibly tasty. Favourites already are the Chicken Tikka Biryani and the Butter Chicken Loaded Fries - both dishes are divine. Plus a big thumbs up for the Lamb Mashed Wrap, which was full of flavour. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, the portions are huge, and all who work at Lily's are incredibly friendly. What's not to like?! I could genuinely try everything from the menu and look forward to doing so over the coming months."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow blown away, best Indian food in Westhoughton.The chicken tikka masala was the best we’ve ever had — so full of flavour and cooked perfectly. We also had Lilly’s House Special Boatman Chicken Curry, and it was incredible. The service was fantastic Very Friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Very well priced - So happy we gave it a try — we’ll definitely be back. A fantastic addition to the area"

"Lily’s Café truly is a hidden gem in Westhoughton. They catered for our Christmas buffet and absolutely exceeded expectations from start to finish. The food was outstanding — the hot wraps were packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and served piping hot, while the kebab platters were generous, beautifully presented, and a real crowd-pleaser. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into both the menu and the quality of the ingredients. The whole process was seamless. Communication was clear and professional, ordering was straightforward, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. Service and timing were fantastic — the food arrived right on schedule, ready to serve, which made hosting completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a local café that delivers both exceptional food and such a reliable, friendly service. Lily’s Café played a huge part in making our Christmas event a success, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Visited Lily’s this evening, they are a small business/takeaway operating out of a converted shipping container. The staff are lovely. We ordered chicken samosa’s and onion bhajis for an appetiser. They were delicious, hot and very fresh, and served with lovely dips, one spicy mango and one green and a bit fruity. Never tasted samosas anything quite like it, but honestly delightful. I had ordered the chicken biryani for a main, and my other half ordered chicken tikka and a garlic naan. The biryani would easily feed two people (there’s a good portion left), and comes with some lovely, fragrant sauce. I was really impressed with the flavours, different to your ‘average’ Indian takeaway, really exceptional food. I just hope they continue to open in the evening, my new favourite takeaway.
